Cowhide does not require any special treatments or conditioners. If you spill on your cowhide piece, pat it dry as soon as you can. If you get something like dirt on your piece, let it dry and scratch the dirt off with your finger nail. Always go in the direction of the fur.Ā Ā
To freshen up the fur on any piece, a lint roller works like a charm.
