We will gladly accept pieces for store credit or exchange if:
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of receipt
- The items are in new condition
- Note: items that are final sale and ineligible for return are pieces from the Warehouse Sale, Seconds Sale, Samples and Curated Sets
If you have a piece that arrived damaged or is damaged after use please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include photos and a description of what happened and we will address the issue within 1-3 business days. Thank you!
