WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All pieces on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Everything ships within 2 business days, yay! We do not ship on the weekend or on holidays.
Once shipped, all orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. For faster delivery select Express Shipping at checkout.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY COWHIDE PIECE?
Cowhide does not require any special treatments or conditioners. If you spill on your cowhide piece, pat it dry as soon as you can. If you get something like dirt on your piece, let it dry and scratch the dirt off with your finger nail. Always go in the direction of the fur.
If you have a cowhide rug you can use the attachment on your vacuum or take it outside and shake it clean.
To freshen up the fur on any piece, a lint roller works like a charm. Especially on trays.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT HAIR-ON COWHIDE
Hair-on cowhide can rub down to the natural leather underneath the fur. This usually occurs when the cowhide comes in regular contact with another object. Each cowhide is one of a kind and may or may not experience rub. To minimize rub, avoid contact with other objects.
